Customer Liability in the Event of an Accident
If an accident occurs, the customer is responsible for the following charges:
- Any compensation exceeding the coverage limits of the insurance policy carried by our company for the rental vehicle

STEP 05 | Return Your Vehicle
Please return the vehicle at the scheduled time after refilling the fuel tank at a gas station.
After returning the vehicle, send us a photo of the fuel receipt and a photo showing where the car is parked through LINE.
Please check the vehicle for any belongings before leaving.

Is coverage included in the basic rental fee?
Yes. Coverage is included in the basic rental fee, so you can rent with peace of mind.
When do cancellation fees apply?
Cancellation is free up to 8 days before pickup. The fee is 20% of the total reservation amount 7–4 days before pickup, 30% 3–2 days before, 50% 1 day before, and 100% on the pickup date.
However, no cancellation fee applies if your flight or ferry is canceled due to severe weather conditions.

Are the roads on the Goto Islands easy to drive on?
Roads to major tourist attractions are generally maintained, but some areas have narrow or less well-maintained roads.
